This weekend , the Rams played Des Moines in Des Moines. They were half and half, with the boys winning and the girls losing. "The girls played hard, our defense just wasn't ready for them. They only had a few girls score , so if we can guard them well, I think we'll be able to beat them. It is important that we beat them, since they are one of our district teams." said Coach Ashley Gonzales. "Our boys played well. I came into this game not expecting Des Moines to not play well, but they have improved. We had to up our game, and our boys did." said Coach Daniel Vigil.
